Contract Staffing:
This allows you to bring in top level professionals for a specific length of time or for a particular project. By utilizing candidates recruited and employed by Bjorksten, you can minimize your head count while maintaining desired flexibility.

Contract to Direct:
This is an opportunity for you to evaluate a candidate’s skill level, technical ability, and personality prior to taking that serious leap to a full time hire. It is further employed when “open requisitions” are not available but a candidate is essential to fill a gap.

Retiree Re-Staffing:
Retirees bring notable support to a project that should not be overlooked. One of these is legacy. They have accumulated years of professional experience that equips them with an extensive set of skills and credentials. This enables them to solve complicated issues, which can be an enormous benefit to key project.

Seasonal or Internship Employees:
Interns offer immense support through assisting on staff members. Their stay is short, and for a seasonal length of time.
